At ModeBrands, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding order processing, shipping times, and delivery.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Shipping method selected
  • Package weight and size

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–10 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

ModeBrands is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Lost packages due to customer address errors
  • Packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier, ModeBrands is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Delivery exceptions beyond our control

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly first.

We will do our best to assist customers with carrier claims when possible.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT or additional fees charged by their country

ModeBrands is not responsible for customs delays or additional international charges.


Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit or refuse shipments to certain regions or countries
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging and products
  • A description of the issue

We will review the claim and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on product availability or warehouse location.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise stated.


Delivery Delays

ModeBrands is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • High shipping volume periods
  • Incorrect customer information
