Refund & Return Policy

At ModeBrands, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Include all original tags, accessories, and packaging
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
    • The item arrived damaged
    • The wrong item was received
    • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ModeBrands is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the issue and work quickly to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened fragrances or beauty products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable”
  • Products damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear

ModeBrands reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.


Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, please return the original eligible item and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days
  • Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.


Fraud Prevention & Abuse

To protect our customers and business, ModeBrands reserves the right to:

  • Deny returns suspected of fraud or abuse
  • Limit excessive return activity
  • Request additional verification before approving refunds

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must still be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and proof of purchase.
